CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Tom has over 37 years of direct responsibility and management experience in all aspects of downstream operations in the oil industry, including crude oil supply, refining, wholesale marketing, product trading, asphalt marketing, project management, economics and planning, pipelines and terminals, and managing inventory price risk.
